It is the policy of Modern Day Muscle and Quasar Enterprises that all customer information be held in the strictest of confidence. We do not sell or share our mailing list or customer information with any outside entities.
Modern Day Muscle / Quasar Enterprises will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failures or other consequential damage, nor for labor, transportation or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item. Please refer to your local laws before doing any modification to your vehicle.

We strive for you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange a part you may do so within 30 days of shipment date. Parts must be returned prepaid and in original packaging, with a copy of the original invoice. All electrical parts or any parts installed or modified are non-returnable. If we make an error in shipping the wrong item, return it prepaid and we will re-imburse Priority Mail shipping charges(any added services like delivery confirmation will not be refunded). We do not charge a restocking fee for any returned parts*.

Always check the contents of your package to ensure that all items ordered are received. If you are missing any items, please check to see if they have been back ordered on the invoice before contacting us at orders@moderndaymuscle.com. If a shortage has occurred, please contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of delivery to insure a prompt replacement. Modern Day Muscle assumes no liability after 48 hours.
